Welcome to Qalbyr Read ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using Qalbyr Read, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Qalbyr Read, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or have parental/guardian consent, as required by your local law)
• Have read and understood these Terms
• Will use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

Qalbyr Read is a Quran reading and learning app that may provide features such as:

• Quran text in Arabic and translations
• Audio recitations
• Prayer time calculations (processed on-device)
• Qibla direction compass (processed on-device using device sensors)
• Bookmarks, favorites, reading progress and customizable display settings

3. User Accounts

Some features may allow or require creating an account (for example, syncing data across devices). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

• Do not share your login credentials with others
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Premium Access, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

4.1 Available Plans

Prices may vary by country/region and may change over time. The price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase will apply.

4.2 Premium Features

Premium access may include, depending on your plan and app version:

• Unlimited favorites/bookmarks
• Access to additional reciters/Qaris
• Auto-play audio features
• Ad-free experience (if ads exist in the free version)

4.3 Billing, Renewal & Free Trials (Subscriptions)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4.4 One-Time Purchases & Restore Purchases

• Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID
• If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore eligible purchases using Restore Purchases inside the app (if available) or Apple’s restore mechanism

4.5 Refunds

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies
• We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases

4.6 Apple Disclaimer

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. You agree that your use of the App is also subject to the App Store’s terms and policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except to the extent permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s security or functionality
• Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by or licensed to Qalbyr Read and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party content (such as recitations and translations) may be owned by their respective rights holders.

The Quran text is widely available and may be used in accordance with applicable laws and respectful use expectations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of prayer times (which may vary due to calculation methods, device settings, or time zone configuration)
• Accuracy of Qibla direction (which depends on device sensors and calibration)
• Compatibility with every device or OS version

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qalbyr Read shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qalbyr Read from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the App or These Terms

• We may update or discontinue features to improve the App or comply with legal requirements
• We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated where appropriate
• Pricing for subscriptions may change; Apple will notify you in accordance with App Store rules when required

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the App, other users, or comply with legal obligations.

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through Apple to stop future billing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your place of residence, unless required otherwise by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith. Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through informal negotiation or other lawful means.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Qalbyr Read regarding your use of the App.
